Ndilulo Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ndilulo, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Ndilulo will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ndilulo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
